Founded in January 2002, All Access DVD. is the flagship product of Kraze Media Group, a privately held company based in Brentwood, New York. Investors including Kraze Media Group, and Special Venture capitalist financially back the company.The development of this new venture has been underway for over Seven years.

Mr.  James' Kraze' Billings Founder and Creator of the brand known worldwide as All Access, Has single handedly spearheaded rap music latest evolution into the digital age with the " THE DVD MAGAZINE" All Access Dvd the brainchild of Mr Billings comes on the heels of his film debut at the Urban world film festival in 1999 with "Street Poetry". Mr.Billings film and video experience has given him the ability to work with companies such as MTV, BET, QD3 Entertainment, FUBU, Universal Records, Interscope, Sony, and Warner Bros.  While " Kraze" serves as Ceo of Kraze Media Group he has been instrumental in the advancement of the Hip-hop Dvd culture, and has built a project by and for the streets. With exclusive interviews, performances, freestyles and Beautiful Models with every edition, the ALL ACCESS movement has built an astounding fan base since its debut in 2002 as the first DVD magazine of its kind. All Access has been the brand ahead of the trends, showcasing every level of the music entertainment. With over 15 years of Business and production experience Mr. Billings and All Access has recently as Sept 2006 signed a major Televison deal with Starz/Encore. Allowing the All Access brand access to 25 million customers for each of the 12 episodes the deal is for. Billings explains" This has been such a great opportunity , I believe our partners at Starz/Encore see the potential in what we mean to the future of Urban entertainment . For Starz/Encore to recognize our brand amongs others is a testiment to our  Brand." Mr. Billings partnerships don't end there as of  May 2007 the All Access Brand has taken an additional step into becoming one of the biggest Urban media outlets by strategically partnering with AT&T/Cingular Wireless to introduce All Access mobile.Mr. Billing says' " It is evident that we are the leader in our media circuit and the way content is being displayed and viewed only makes sense for our brand and AT&T/Cingular to come together." I am ecstatic and grateful that they see the validity in doing this deal since there are not many out there besides the bigger brands like Mtv, Espn, and Hbo." This puts All Access in front of 62million of AT&T's subscribers. " It gets no better than that".

Mr. Billings know that running a company takes a team effort. So he has recruited a small team with extensive skills in sales, marketing and management experience in the Media and Financial Industry; he believes are invaluable to the new venture. Mr. Billing's executive staff and partners bring a combined total of over 30 years of business management and entertainment industry experience to the company.

 

Mission

The mission of Kraze Media Group is to become the premier DVD magazine that ushers in a new format of media and entertainment. KRAZE is dedicated to building long-term relationships with its customers by providing "raw" exclusive footage of interviews with artists and entertainment celebrities, as well as a variety of entertainment concepts. By focusing on what the customer wants through such an exciting new medium, KRAZE will be recognized as one of the most innovative New York based media companies.

Products and Services:

Kraze Access Media Inc. is producing a magazine on a DVD format called "All Access The DVD Magazine." This will be the first of its kind and will be released and distributed in June 2002. Our objective with the magazine is to create a new and different outlet for an untapped market.

The magazine will cover all the noted industries such as Music, Fashion, Film, Sports and Technology. The magazine is designed to resemble a traditional print magazine but the interviews are taped live and uncensored. Each interview is considered a page, and along with the interviews we create a video play-list to promote the artist as well. We are excited to have an opportunity to be the trend-setters in this format of magazine.

The physical product: DVD, the Digital Versatile Disc, is a high capacity CD-size disc for video, multimedia, games and audio applications. Capacities for the read-only disc range from 4.7 GB to 17GB. The high quality of video and audio is helping DVD-Video to compete effectively with VHS for pre-recorded titles, statistics showing that DVD is growing faster than any other consumer electronic format in the USA and Europe. We have already conducted interviews with numerous artists that will be featured in the premier issue.Featured artists include: 50cent, The Game, Rick Ross,Mike Jones, Swizz Beatz,Outkast, Fat Joe Lil Kim, Pdiddy, Mims, Rich Boy, Dipset, T.i, Trick Daddy, Trina, Deelishis from Flava of Love . The magazine will initially be released quarterly (4 issues per year), . The magazine's distribution is planned in over 300 retail and Music stores and will be expanding by the follow up issue scheduled for October 2007.

The Digital Video Disc (DVD) Magazine covers the major aspects of the entertainment business. From sports and music, to comedy and the silver screen, All Access Media goes behind the scenes to bring viewers video footage captured no where else.
